If you currently have COVID-19, have been around someone with COVID-19, or have any symptoms of COVID-19, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may reschedule your appointment.
These current guidelines also enforce all individuals in a healthcare setting to wear a mask, regardless of their vaccination status.
We ask that you come prepared for your appointment with your mask on before entering the building so that we may still adhere to these emergency rules.

When visiting our office you may be asked to wait out in your car until the office has decreased in the amount of people in the building at one given time.
- You are REQUIRED at our office to wear a mask at all times while inside the building. Masks can be medical mask or any type, handmade masks, scarf, bandana or other clothing that fully covers your nose and mouth. Due to limited supply, masks will NOT be available to give to you upon arrival.
